For 60 years, Mended Hearts nationally has been offering the gift of hope to heart patients, families and caregivers—bringing all of us together to form a network of caring individuals. The Mended Hearts’ support group helps people understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life after a heart event. Members listen, share their experiences and learn from healthcare professionals. Mended Hearts Chapters partner with hospitals and offer service to heart patients through visiting programs designed to provide the comforting words and inspiration a patient needs to overcome many doubts and fears.
To visit with one of our members online, by telephone or in person, please contact Jeff Davidson at (614) 580-1561 or e-mail him by clicking here.
